When reporting an issue please provide us with as much detail as possible to help us reproduce and diagnose the problem. In particular, please provide us with:
- The name of the software product that you are inquiring about (e.g. BeamReader, BeamSuite, etc.)
- The model of your device
- The operating system running on your device
- If you have purchased our software, your reference number (starting with "RF")
- A detailed description of how you came across the problem, any error messages that have appeared, etc.
